Department of Community Resources Saskatoon, SK

• This project consisted of 2300 SM of interior renovations for the Department of Community Resources and Employment. The renovated facility provides office and amenity space for 130 staff.  Client areas include reception and waiting areas along with training and interview rooms.

• Pressure on community resources to vacate their current premises required that this project be completed strictly on schedule and due to the efforts of all involved, this goal was accomplished.

• ADA played a large role in keeping this project on schedule. Fast tracked through design and construction, this project was successfully completed within the time allotted and the budget available.

• In addition to traditional architectural services, ADA coordinated the selection and acquisition of the systems furniture.

• Community resources believes that the completed facility sets a new standard for their department and engaged ADA to work on a similar facility in North Battleford.
