3 Dimensional Rendering
|
The firm has extensive experience with the following building types: office buildings, churches, food and hospitality facilities, health care and dental facilities, institutional, laboratories, retail, sports and recreational facilities, hotels and vacation facilities, historic buildings, underground garages, high-rise residential, industrial and shopping malls.
A high level of expertise combined with state-of-the-art tools is also a reflection of ADA’s commitment to providing exceptional service, and an outstanding product. ADA utilizes a computerized design system that far exceeds traditional CADD systems while being fully compatible with them. This permits ADA’s clients from benefiting from some of the most technically advanced tools available in the industry. ADA constructs highly intelligent three-dimensional computer models for many of their projects. These models are utilized in all aspects of the design and project delivery process, including schematic design, detailed design, working drawings, lighting and material studies, photo-realistic rendering, walkthroughs, animations, movies, quantity takeoffs, and construction cost estimating. This approach allows ADA to focus on design, explore alternatives, respond to clients, and incorporate changes efficiently.
As Architects and Design professionals, ADA provides highly developed knowledge, expertise, and competence; but what brings true success to their clients is the personal passion, motivation, and integrity of partners Arnold Dobroskay and David Anderson. Arnold and David strive to anticipate, understand, and realize their clients’ dreams and needs.
